Our tree and shrub program uses all natural resources to build up soil health and is beneficial for all insects.

6-step Tree and Shrub Program:

1. Early Spring Fertilizer
   • We use a granular fertilizer to aid plants in recovering from winter dormancy.  This fertilizer will increase plant vigor and enhance spring blooming. This treatment may be injected into the roots on particular plants if needed.
2. Horticultural Oil
   • We use a dormant horticultural plant oil to reduce insect activity. This spray will be applied to particular plant material; however, not all plants will receive this product.
3. Spring Insect and Disease Control
   • When an examination of all plant material is complete, we will then apply specific spray formulas to reduce insect and disease activity while also promoting good plant health.
4. Summer Insect and Disease Control
   • When an examination of all plant material is complete, we will then apply specific spray formulas to reduce insect and disease activity while also promoting good plant health.
5. Fall Insect and disease Control
   • When an examination of all plant material is complete, we will then apply specific spray formulas to reduce insect and disease activity while also promoting good plant health.
6. Fall Fertilizer
   • We use a granular fertilizer to aid in root growth and help plants to survive the winter months (December – February) as they prepare for winter dormancy.
